Guava, My New Infatuation.
I fell in love with the intoxicating fragrance of the guava fruit in O’ahu Hawaii and my first instinct was to mix it into a cocktail. The fruit has seeds that are a little difficult to separate, so I find it most advantageous to create a syrup.
