Hot Spiced Cider
INGREDIENTS
1 quart 50/50 mixture of Hempress Chelsea Chail and Queen of Earl
1 quart apple cider
5 cinnamon sticks
5 allspice pods
10 cloves
Citrus peel or half of a freshly squeezed orange.
PREPERATION
Prepare tea separately with 6 grams Chai and 6 grams Queen and 32 oz hot water. Add cider and spices, and citrus and warm in hot pot or on stovetop.
This is one of our favorite seasonal cocktails, and it is a great party pleaser. If you also want a boozy option, you can serve the spiced cider with bourbon or rum.
